We’re so connected. And yet, when you become a new parent you have days when you’ve never felt more alone.
When the baby’s crying and you don’t know why. When you’re not sure if your newborn is getting enough milk. When your little one is showing no interest in trying solid food.
Sometimes it feels like there’s nowhere to turn. No one who really understands. Nobody you can ask for help.
At the Bub Hub, we’ve been supporting new and expecting parents for almost 18 years. Our aim has been to provide accurate information so they can feel empowered to make their own decisions. Our forum has given many people a place to chat, ask questions and connect with others, no matter where they are along the parenting journey.
We’re now excited to announce a new addition to the Bub Hub — one that will help parents and parents-to-be connect with pregnancy and parenting professionals in real time.
We have partnered with the Nutricia Careline so mums, dads and carers can connect with registered midwives, dietitians and nutritionists through phone, email, live chat and Facebook.
The partnership will run from now until the end of March so you can access this incredible free service over summer and into the new year.
In addition, we will host Nutricia Careline experts in the Bub Hub Forum’s Ask the Expert Section. You can ask your questions on the forum online or via the app 24/7 and a Nutricia Careline expert will come back with an answer for you. It’s a great way to get personalised advice and the forum is free, quick and easy to join.
And as a special bonus for pregnant Bub Hubbers, if you sign up to the Nutricia Careline week-by-week pregnancy emails you’ll receive free access to our Pregnancy Insider Program (valued at $97).
The Nutricia Careline provides individualised, holistic support for ALL mums, dads and carers — free of charge and free of judgement.
Their expert team can help with issues surrounding pregnancy, pregnancy nutrition, fertility, infant nutrition, feeding issues, breast feeding, weaning, milk choice, starting solids, toddler nutrition, first foods, when and how to introduce allergen foods to baby’s diet.
They are down-to-earth, approachable, trusted, knowledgeable, experienced, relatable and reliable.
They aim to provide a service that is compassionate, reassuring, caring, helpful, kind and unrushed.
They can be contacted Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 5pm (AEST). Their Facebook page is monitored in the evening and on weekends and public holidays. Their after-hours phone service is monitored by one rostered Careline representative in the evening and on the weekend.
